Experience: 5 – 9 Yrs

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Play the Team Lead role in software development projects and activities.
  • Be part of a small, collaborative team designing and delivering enterprise software to achieve business objectives.
  • Perform requirements analysis, design, code, test, and maintain software.
  • Responsible for solving highly technical and complex problems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications and presentation skills.
  • Must have exposure of Client facing role.

 

Technical Skills:

 

  • Technical knowledge in Java/J2EE technologies preferably in retail domain.
  • Multiple project experience (inception through support) with store system Deployments that include customizations
  • At least 3+ years in development services.
  • Experience analyzing, debugging & implementing technology solutions
  • Should be self starter and innovative
  • Should be able to explore new technologies independently as required

Job Description: ORPOS Project Manager

Experience: 9-14 Yrs.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • We are looking for individuals who possess a firm information systems background with strong experience in Retail business processes (store solutions).
  • The individual should also have an aptitude for retail data analysis, be well versed in communication with clients, and are eager to make a meaningful contribution to a small and growing company.
  • Knowledge of retail business is a must
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Should have actively participated in software implementations.

 

Functional and Technical Skills:

 

  • Must have Oracle Retail Product knowledge (Java/J2EE, Back Office (BO), Central Office (CO) ).
  • Preferably Oracle Retail (ORPOS) Technical background
  • Managed Projects or Programs from beginning to end (full lifecycle)
  • 2 to 3 yrs of project management experience
  • Govern a project from initiation to closure stage
  • Work with delivery manager on revenue commits
  • Manage cost & margin of respective projects
  • Interface with customer to achieve CSAT
  • Handle partners & all associated documentation
  • Any certification on Six Sigma, Lean. PMP, PRINCE2 etc., will be added advantage
  • Should have led teams / projects of 10-15 member team size
  • Manages resources, time-lines, customer interaction, and deliverables of the project (cost, quality and timelines)
  • Need to be very strong on SDLC processes. Need to come out with process improvements and new initiatives

  • Should have experience in Oracle Retail Domain.
  • Good knowledge of ORPOS Framework and its fitment in a retail enterprise
  • At least one large integration architecture implementation experience
  • Knowledge of other Oracle MOM products is added advantage

•The SharePoint Architect will oversee and participate in the architectural design, development, customization and integration efforts of enterprise solutions involving Collaboration, Portals, Enterprise Search, Enterprise Content Management (ECM), Business Process and Forms, and Business Intelligence (BI), utilizing Microsoft Office SharePoint Server, Windows SharePoint Services, SharePoint Designer and Visual Studio .NET.

•Understanding of Windows 2003/2008 Server/AD domain infrastructure

•Must possess advanced knowledge of business workflows and have an in depth understanding of the capabilities of Workflow Foundation, Microsoft Office SharePoint Server , Windows SharePoint Services, and SharePoint Designer.

•SharePoint knowledge should include architectural design, Web Part development, server installation, management and troubleshooting with a focus on planning, deploying and supporting enterprise SharePoint implementations.
